a man sentenced to hang for the murder of a millionaire Briton on St Kitts has won his appeal. Three Caribbean circuit judges said that there was insufficient evidence to convict Joseph Hazel, 33. He had been found guilty of killing Tony Fetherston, 65, in a botched robbery at his holiday home in 2000.
