The Appeals Court upheld the death sentence against a [unidentified] policeman who murdered his two uncles after discovering his brother had secretly married his cousin. The policeman, a 35-year-old Yemeni, also tried to murder his cousin and her mother during the killing spree on March 2, 1998.
