The Arizona Supreme Court has overturned the death sentence of Kajornsak Prasertphong saying ha must be resentenced by a jury, not a judge because of a change in Arizona law. Earlier this month the same court threw out the conviction of Christopher "Bo" Huerstel, saying jurors had been coerced. 17-year old James Bloxham and 20- year old Lisa Moniz were shot to death, along with restaurant manager Robert Curry back in January of 1999.
