The brother of murder victim Paul Gale, Mark, said: "I believe Marcinski should have got the death penalty. It was a totally premeditated murder."
New Jersey volunteer paramedic Greg Marcinski, 24, got a life-term for the murder of British national Paul Gale. He escaped execution by lethal injection by pleading guilty.
Marcinski, flew into a jealous rage when Miami-based Paul, 28, a £100,000-a-year computer expert, began dating his former girlfriend Darla Guidi. He kidnapped and murdered Gale and later set his body ablaze.
