the Bukavu barracks martial court, DRC, sentenced to death  Pilipili Kumba, a soldier of the 10th Military Region, after finding him guilty of  murdering Mulonda Ndanda Kibakuli, in Bukavu. In addition, the court also sentenced him to 10 years in prison for misuse of ammunition. Kumba was also sentenced to the payment of 20,000 dollars to the family of the victim as compensation for their loss.
