The deputy chairwoman of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, Tamara Morshchakova, said she opposes the possible introduction of the death penalty in Russia. The judge does not believe the measure will be effective. "It will more likely be along the lines of that common old Soviet saying: no person, no problem," Morshchakova said.
