The district court in Sirajganj sentenced to death Kazimuddin alias Kazi and Habibur Rahman alias Hobi for the murder of their brother in law Shamima Aziz, sixteen others were given life imprisonment. According to the prosecution, Shamima Aziz, 45, was hacked to death on his way home on December 4, 1998 following a family feud.
