The High Court confirmed the death sentence on Ershad Ali Sikder, awarded to him by the lower court in the murder case of Khaled Hossain. The same court also commuted the death sentences of Jamai Faruq and Liaqat Lashkar awarding them 7 years rigorous imprisonment.
