the High Court in Muar, Malaysia, sentenced a 55-year-old rubber tapper to the gallows for drug trafficking. High Court Judge Datuk Zainal Azman delivered the sentence on Omar Parjan after the charge was read out by Deputy Public Prosecutor Zairani Tugiran. Omar was found guilty of trafficking 19.39 grammes narcortics with a blend of 13.5 grammes of heroin and 5.8 grammes of monocetylmorphines at a house in Kampung Sri Machap in Simpang Renggam, Kluang on November 5, 2010.
