The Justice Ministry announced that Kenzi Snider a 21-year-old former exchange student will soon be extradited here from her home in the U.S. to face charges of killing another American woman in Seoul in 2001. Officials said Kenzi Snider previously a student of Marshall University, will soon be handed over to the South Korean authorities following an October 11 decision by a U.S. federal magistrate court, which won final approval from U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell over the weekend. Ms. Snider, who could face the death penalty here, is the first foreign suspect to be handed over to Korea since Seoul and Washington signed their extradition pact in December 1999.
