The Lahore Special Anti Terrorist Court Judge Mehmood Maqbool Bajwa handed out a death sentences to four persons foundguilty of kidnapping for ransom. The convicts [identified only as] Nawaz, Nadeem, Irfan and Babar broke into Mujahid Bashir's house in the Gulshan area on August 11, 1999. They took his children hostage and demanded Rs 10 lac.
