The Legal Daily reported that a court in Hunan Province ordered the execution of Zou Dongfan and Yang Jiaowen for issuance of false tax invoices. From March 1995 to June 1996, Zou and Yang reportedly issued false value added specialized tax invoices for others, evading 29.5m yuan in taxes, the paper said.
