the Malaysian High Court handed the death penalty to an Ugandan who was found guilty of drug trafficking, last year. Judicial Commissioner Mohd Zaki Abdul Wahab when handing the death penalty to Emmanuel Muwonge, 34, said the prosecution had proved the case beyond reasonable doubts.
Emmanuel was accused of trafficking 427.9 grams of Metamphetamine and 14,256.8 grams of Cannabis near a Petronas Service Station in Tanah Merah, Jitra on May 14, 2011.
