The (opposition) AN parliamentary group leader Gustavo Selva invited the Italian government to take a firm stand condemning China's attitude to the death penalty. "The government continues to condemn the so-called rightwing dictatorships, but is tenuous with regard to communist regimes, such as the Chinese one," Selva said.
