The Parliamentary Speaker Apostolos Kaklamanis met the head of the French delegation of the OSCE assembly, Michel Voisin, in Athens. Kaklamanis stressed the efforts being made by Greece and France within the framework of the OSCE and other European and international organisations to promote peace and humanitarian principles, with particular emphasis on human rights, abolishing torture and banning the death penalty.
