The group renewed its call for the implementation of the death penalty in the Philippines after the killing of Pasay City Judge Henrick Gingoyon on December 31. "This is now the time to implement the law. Judges are being killed left and right. Journalists are being killed. Ordinary citizens are being killed like chickens," Jimenez said.
