The Supreme Court in New Delhi upheld the death sentence imposed on an [unidentified] Indian man. Delivering the judgement of the Bench, Mr. Justice R.P. Sethi affirmed the sentence of death imposed on the accused first by a trial court and later by the Guwahati High Court on charge of "murder" of four members of a family, a few years ago.
