Three accomplices, Waheed alias Tadi, Shakeel alias Shahjee and Zahid, were condemned to death for a double murder during a robbery by an additional district and session court in Faisalabad. The three were convicted of breaking into the house of a contractor, Choudhry Mohammed Nawaz, in December 1995 and shooting dead the watchman, Hamid Ali, and the supervisor, Irshad Ahmad, after looting Rs 5 lakh in cash from them.
