Tianjin Municipal Number Two Intermediate People's Court sentenced to death Deng Chenhui for illegally obtaining insurance funds. In 1995, Deng, a Pacific Insurance Company employee, embezzled 4.17m yuan from the Children Insurance Fund. In July 1997, Deng used other people's names to swindle 189,000 yuan in premiums.
