Turkey's Permanent Representative to the Council of Europe (COE) Numan Hazar presented the documents showing that Turkey had ratified the sixth protocol to COE Secretary General Walter Schwimmer. Hazar had signed the sixth protocol on behalf of Turkey in a ceremony on January 15, 2003.
