TWO YOUNG MEN TO WALK GALLOWS FOR MURDER OF COLLEAGUE

a speedy trial tribunal court in Bangladesh sentenced two officials of the National Life Insurance Company to death for the murder of their colleague at Kaliganj last year. Judge A R Masud handed down the death penalty to Mahmudul Hasan, 30, and Tareq Ahmed, 32. They hailed from Pakuria village of Kaliganj upazila, Gazipur district.
