Judge Moustapha Shinawi of the Appeals court in the United Arab Emirates upheld the death sentence of an unidentified Egyptian national, 52, for killing a compatriot.
He was sentenced to death in June for murdering his friend with a bar and stealing his mobile phone and credit card.
