UAE EXTRADITES IRANIAN FUGITIVE ON DEATH SENTENCE TO KUWAIT

the security authorities in the United Arab Emirates handed over to the Kuwaiti authorities an Iranian man who had earlier been sentenced to death by hanging, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily. According to security sources the man had escaped from Kuwait’s Central Prison with the well-known Kuwaiti prisoner identified as Abu Hubail and three others to the United Arab Emirates. After he was arrested by the UAE authorities for trafficking in drugs, he served time in the UAE and now has been handed over to the Kuwaiti authorities following a request by Kuwait’s Interpol. The UAE authorities earlier handed Abu Hubail over to Kuwait.
