Chuba Lochieng, 20, was sentenced to death in Uganda by court chairman Lt. Col. Eugene Ssebugwawo of the 3rd division army court martial for murdering Nicholas Odeke in an ambush along the Kotido-Abim road. The Court heard that on July 10, Lochieng together with others opened fire at a government vehicle killing Odeke instantly.
