Ben Chepsikor alias Major Mande and Joseph Chepkwoti alias Musobo were sent to the gallows for the October 1, 2003 offence in which they stole a suitcase containing clothes, two pairs of bed sheets and two blankets belonging to Stephen Mella of Kwomo village in Kapchorwa District.
