UNITED ARAB EMIRATES: MAN SENTENCED TO DEATH FOR MURDER

a court in Ajman, the United Arab Emirates, sentenced a Pakistani identified as SH to death for murdering compatriot Emirat Alyoum following a dispute, a newspaper reported. He allegedly stabbed the victim seven times and fled. An appeal court in Ajman upheld an earlier death sentence against him.
