AA, 40 and IH, 30, both from Afghanistan, had their death sentences reinstated by a panel of judges, led by Chief Justice Issa Al Sharif, of the Court of Appeal in the United Arab Emirates. The pair allegedly robbed and murdered prostitute and Uzbeki national MH, in her apartment in February 2010. Their death sentences had been overturned on August 15, 2011.
