A result is not yet final, the two major referendum on the death penalty seem to have been negative. Nebraska seems to have approved the referendum question which proposed to cancel the abolition of the death penalty that the parliament had voted on 27 May 2015 (see). In California, after the counting of 50 percent of precincts, it was apparently dismissed the question 62, which proposed the abolition of the death penalty.
