A Mobile County jury recommended 10-2 the death penalty for Aubrey Lynn Shaw, 36, white. Evidence showed that Shaw fatally stabbed his great-aunt Doris Gilbert (83) and great-uncle Bob Gilbert (79) on their farm on August 19, 2007. Mobile County Circuit Judge Michael Youngpeter set a sentencing hearing for May 12.
