USA - Arizona. A jury sentenced Shawna Forde, 43, white, to death

A Pima County jury sentenced Shawna Forde, 43, white, to death for the May 30, 2009 murder of Raul Flores and his daughter Brisenia, 9, during an invasion of his home in Arivaca, 10 miles from the border with Mexico. Prosecutors said Forde, a former member of the vigilante Minutemen group, devised a scheme to get money to set up a splinter group by robbing drug dealers. The 2 men who allegedly shot Flores and his daughter are awaiting trial. Forde also was convicted of burglary and assault. Judge John Leonardo has not set a confirmation date.
