USA - Arizona. Judge Clark Munger re-sentenced Robert Moody to two consecutive life

Pima County Superior Court Judge Clark Munger re-sentenced Robert Moody to two consecutive life prison terms without the possibility of parole for the 1993 murders of Michelle Malone and Patricia Magda. Moody, 50, white, has long contended that space aliens made him kill the women. His original death sentence was overturned following a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that struck down Arizona's old system of allowing judges rather than juries decide sentence in death penalty cases.
