Judge Stops Arkansas Executions. Pulaski County Circuit Court Judge Wendell Griffin handed down the order this afternoon. The temporary restraining order was made in a lawsuit filed by 9 inmates back in June. The nine inmates are: Ledell Lee, Don Davis, Bruce Ward, Stacey Johnson, Terrick Nooner, Jack Jones, Marcell Williams, Kenneth Williams and Jason McGehee. Davis and Ward were scheduled to die by lethal injection on October 21. The other dates were set for November, December and January.
