A jury has recommended the death penalty for Justin Grodin. The jury voted 10-2 in favor of putting 35-year-old Grodin to death. Grodin was convicted on June 17 of killing his 11-month-old daughter Gretchen in April 2000. Grodin will appear in court Aug. 17 for a hearing before he can be sentenced.
