USA - California. A jury recommended the death penalty for Derlyn Ray Threats
A Vista jury recommended the death penalty today for Derlyn Ray Threats. Threats, 28, was charged in the Sept. 1, 2005 death of Carolyn Rebecca Neville, 24. Neville's body was found on a floor inside her home. Threats is scheduled to be sentenced Jan. 5 by Vista Superior Court Judge K. Michael Kirkman.
