A Los Angeles County jury recommended the death penalty for Ryan T. Moore, 37, black. Moore was charged with the June 30, 2006, slayings of 10-year-old David Marcial, the boy's 22-year-old uncle, Larry Marcial, and a 17-year-old neighbor, Luis Cervantes. Moore faces sentencing in July by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Stephen Marcus.
