USA - Florida. A jury has recommended the death sentence for Enoch Hall

In Daytona Beach, a jury has unanimously recommended the death sentence for Enoch Hall. Hall, 40, black, was convicted of the June 2008 killing of Tomoka Prison officer Donna Fitzgerald, 50. Hall was already serving 2 life sentences for kidnap and rape when he attacked Fitzgerald in a work area of Tomoka Correctional Institution. There is no word yet on when Circuit Judge J. David Walsh will rule on the jury's recommendation.
