USA - Florida. A jury recommended death for Matthew Caylor
In Panama City, a Panhandle jury voted 8 to 4 to recommend that Matthew Caylor, a registered sex offender, be put to death for raping and killing a 13-year-old girl. The same jurors convicted him yesterday of killing Melinda Hinson in July 2008. Caylor confessed to killing her in a videotaped statement played for jurors.
