Judge Marlene Alva upheld the death sentence of Tai Pham. A Seminole County had recommended the death sentence on May 22 (see) Pham, 36, a Vietnamese immigrant, was convicted of first-degree murder in the Oct. 22, 2005 death of his estranged wife, Phi Ai "Amy" Pham, 32.
