The Florida Supreme Court ordered new capital sentencing hearing for Dwayne White, ruling that his death sentence was unconstitutional under the Court's 2016 decision in Hurst v. State. White, 47, Black, was convicted of 1st-degree murder in the August 29, 2011 stabbing death of his estranged wife, Sarah Rucker, 42.
