USA - Florida. The House Judiciary Committee has approved a bill for non unanimous sentences

The Florida House Judiciary Committee has approved 11-2 a bill (CRJS7) requiring that the defendant may be sentenced to death if the jury votes at least 9-3 in favor of the death penalty.
