Judge Philip Fromme officially sentenced Kraig Kahler, 49, white, to the death penalty. Kahler was convicted of killing his estranged wife Karen, their two daughters and his wife's grandmother on November 28, 2009. An Osage County jury recommended the death penalty on Aug. 26 (see).
