USA - Louisiana. A jury unanimously recommended the death penalty for Lee Turner Jr.

A Baton Rouge jury has unanimously recommended the death penalty for Lee Turner Jr., 25, Black, convicted of killing 2 auto parts store workers during a robbery. The same jury deciding his fate convicted the man of 2 counts of 1st-degree murder in the deaths of Edward Gurtner, 43, and Randy Chaney, 54, on March 27, 2011. Turner will be formally sentenced in August.
