Actor Danny Glover in St. Louis tonight for rally to save Reggie Clemons, who is is scheduled to be executed June 17. Clemons, 37, black, has been sentenced to death for the rape and murders of Robin and Julie Kerry on April 4, 1991. Glover will be at the Kennerly Temple Church of God in Christ tonight attend the event sponsored by the Justice for Reggie Clemons campaign at 7:00 p.m. He will hold a press conference at 8:00 p.m. and talk to Clemons on the phone about the case and his feelings about the execution. Time permitting, Clemons will be allowed to take questions from the audience. Supporters believe Clemons and three others were wrongly convicted and had no role in the sisters' deaths. Marlin Gray was executed in 2005 for the crime. Clemons confessed to the crime, but the family and friends continue to fight for Clemon's life. Glover attended a previous rally for Clemons in 2006.
