USA - New Hampshire. The House passed HB 147 to expand capital punishment.
The House of Representatives voted HB 147 to add murders during home invasions to the limited list of crimes that carry capital punishment. The House passed the bill, 211-153, and it now heads on to Gov. John Lynch, who will sign the measure, Lynch’s aide reaffirmed today. (see also June 2).
