The House of Representatives voted HB 147 to add murders during home invasions to the limited list of crimes that carry capital punishment. The House passed the bill, 211-153, and it now heads on to Gov. John Lynch, who will sign the measure, Lynch’s aide reaffirmed today. (see also June 2).
