USA - New Hampshire. The New Hampshire Senate has approved studying the state's death penalty law

The New Hampshire Senate has approved studying the state's death penalty law. On March 25 (see) the House had voted to repeal capital punishment as well as studying it. The Senate voted on April 23 and 29 (see) to put off action on repealing the law, but agreed today to study it. The study bill goes back to the House to review Senate changes.
