USA - Ohio. Judge Chris Brown sentenced Kristofer Garrett to die

Judge Chris Brown sentenced Kristofer Garrett to die, following an Aug. 14 (see) Franklin County jury’s recommendation. Garrett, 26, Black, on January 5, 2018, stabbed to death his ex-girlfriend Nicole Duckson and their 4-year-old daughter Christina Duckson. He told detectives that he stabbed the girl because she witnessed him kill her mother.
