USA - Ohio. Judge Michael Sage sentenced Calvin McKelton to death

Butler County Common Pleas Judge Michael Sage sentenced Calvin McKelton to death, following the Oct. 22 (see) jury’s recommendation. McKelton, 33, black, was found guilty of strangling Margaret “Missy” Allen, a girlfriend, in July 2008 and for the February 2009 shooting death of Germaine Evans Sr., who witnessed the first crime, fearing she could talk to the police.
