USA - Pennsylvania. Judge William P. Mahon formally sentenced Laquanta Chapman, 33, black, to death

Judge William P. Mahon formally sentenced Laquanta Chapman, 33, black, to death in the October 2008 1st-degree murder of 16-year-old Aaron Turner in a drug dispute.  He also added more than 100 years of imprisonment on other charges to his sentence, insuring that should the murder conviction be overturned, Chapman would remain behind bars.
