USA - Texas. A jury sentenced Albert Turner, 46, black, to death
A Fort Bend County jury sentenced Albert Turner, 46, black, to death for killing his wife and mother-in-law. Turner, a former prison guard, was convicted in the fatal stabbings of Keitha Turner and Betty Jo Frank on December 24, 2009. State district Judge Brady Elliott will formally sentence Turner in a later date.
