A jury sentenced Fabian Hernandez to death in the November 2006 killing of his estranged wife, Renee Urbina Hernandez, 28, and her new boyfriend, Arthur Lee Fonseca, 24. Three weeks ago, the jury found Hernandez, 34, hispanic, guilty on 2 counts of capital murder. District Court Judge Angie Juarez Barill read the verdict.
